You will be required to
- Lead Courier Operations
- Lead, Coach and Train parcel dock employees and operations
- Review service KPI's
- OS&D
- Customer Service
Do you fit the job profile?
- Previous Courier experience is preferred
- Previous Dock experience is preferred
- Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
