Assistant Vice President Digital Portfolio

Strategic digital portfolio leadership awaits at Manulife in Toronto, focused on product management and reusable enterprise capabilities. This hybrid role spans global markets.As Assistant Vice President, you will own Manulife's reusable digital capability portfolio across Canada, the United States, Asia, and Global Wealth & Asset Management. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and adoption. The mandate includes product management, AI enablement, enterprise integration, and measurable value realization.Key Responsibilities:
Own the enterprise digital capability strategy and multi-year roadmapPrioritize investments using customer value and reuse potentialEstablish product vision, adoption, measurement, and lifecycle disciplinesDrive AI-enabled capability development, operations, and optimizationTrack reuse, acceleration, efficiency, and customer experience benefitsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline;
master's preferred10+ years in digital product or transformation leadershipExperience scaling reusable capabilities across federated organizationsUnderstanding of APIs, cloud, identity, data, and analyticsAbility to influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on authorityLead Manulife's enterprise digital portfolio through product strategy, AI enablement, reuse, and measurable business value.
