Ontario Regional Sales Manager MEDFAR

Accelerate MEDFAR's growth as the Regional Sales Manager in Ontario. This role focuses on strategic sales execution and leading a motivated team to enhance healthcare solutions across the province. In this hands-on leadership position, you will report to the Senior National Sales Director while commanding the regional sales strategy to drive new business. Your responsibilities include developing a team of 5 sales development representatives (SDRs) and 3 account executives (AEs), enhancing performance, and increasing the company's market presence in Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute Ontario's sales strategy
Lead, coach, and grow a team of SDRs and AEs
Prospect and develop strategic business relationships
Analyze and understand the Ontario primary-care market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth

Requirements:

At least 6 years of sales experience
2+ years of experience leading a sales team
B2B SaaS sales experience (3+ years)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Advanced communication skills in English; French is an asset
