About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven AI Solution Sales professional to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive sales of our next-generation AI applications and agentic AI solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and evangelizing the value of Real AI's cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Partner with the engineering team to provide feedback from the market and inform product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in technology or SaaS sales, with a strong preference for AI or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
