Pharmaceutical Business Development Executive

AY Talent

Drive pharmaceutical sales growth across Greater Montreal through prospecting, account expansion, and relationship building with pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

As a Business Development Executive, you will develop new accounts and grow existing business within an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare professionals about compounding, identify pharmacy opportunities, and support customer sales. The position requires frequent customer visits and regular collaboration with Account Executives across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect medical complexes, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Convert pharmacies and increase share of existing accounts
Educate healthcare professionals about compounding
Track sales, margins, trends, and pharmacist business
Open accounts and support customer onboarding

Requirements:

Degree in sales, science, or another college or university discipline
Minimum three years of sales experience
Pharmacy, compounding, or pharmaceutical industry experience
Proven opportunity discovery, strategy development, and closing abilities
Fluent French and English with Microsoft Office knowledge

Use pharmaceutical sales, compounding knowledge, and customer relationships to expand business throughout Greater Montreal and assigned territories.
