À titre d’expert(e) en sinistres route, tu seras responsable de la gestion des dossiers de réclamations régulières pour Beneva et L’Unique. Tu accompagneras nos membres à travers chaque étape du règlement de leur sinistre et contribueras à leur offrir une expérience humaine et rassurante lorsqu’ils en ont le plus besoin.**Ta contribution à l’équipe :** * Enquêter les dossiers de sinistres assignés, notamment en visitant sur place les lieux des sinistres pour rassembler l’information nécessaire et en estimer les dommages* Coordonner les activités des différents intervenants dans le dossier et prendre les décisions sur le paiement des sinistres* Obtenir des soumissions, vérifier les factures présentées par les assurés et les fournisseurs et déterminer les indemnités payables en tenant compte des protections au contrat d’assurance* Détecter les dossiers à potentiel frauduleux ou encore de recouvrement pour transfert aux équipes en charges* Autoriser les règlements de sinistres selon la limite d’autorité de paiement**Ce qui te permet de réussir :** * Diplôme d’études collégiales ou une attestation d’études collégiales en assurances de dommages* Minimum de 3 années d’expérience à titre d’expert en sinistres externe* Détenir un certificat d’expert en sinistres en assurance des particuliers et des entreprises valide délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers* Détenir le titre P.A.A. ou être en voie de l’obtenir* Être disponible pour assurer un service de réclamations 24 heures sur 24, selon un horaire de garde préétabli, représentant quelques semaines par année* Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise Une carrière dans une entreprise où la collaboration et la diversité des expertises sont mises à l’avant-plan t’intéresse?
