You will handle the investigation, assessment, and settlement of liability claims, ensuring strong client relationships and compliance with regulations. This full-time position emphasizes high-quality customer service and effective claim management. Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate liability claims from reporting to settlement
• Assess insurance coverage and circumstances of loss
• Negotiate settlements with various stakeholders
• Manage claims files thoroughly and accurately
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved

• Valid AMF Claims Adjuster licence for Personal and Commercial Lines
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Liability Claims Adjuster
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
