Reliable Staffing is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) / Travel Nurses to support healthcare facilities and clients across various locations.
Employment Type: Travel / Contract / Temporary
Location: Varied locations
Schedule: Flexible shifts including days evenings nights & weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients/residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in clients health and behaviour.
- Assist with medication reminders and other care-related duties as permitted.
- Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for clients.
- Follow individual care plans and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Work collaboratively with nurses healthcare professionals and facility staff.
- Provide respectful patient-centred care at all times.
Qualifications
- PSW certificate or relevant healthcare qualification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare long-term care or community-care setting is an asset.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable compassionate and professional attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different work locations.
