We are looking for Bilingual Solutions Specialists (English/French) to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our customers across Canada and the U.S.

What you’ll do
You’ll be the person customers count on when they need help.
You will:
- Support customers in English and French with empathy and confidence
- Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing, tire changes, fuel delivery etc.
- Listen, solve problems, and find solutions for each situation
- Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing quality and efficiency
- Learn new programs, build your skills, and contribute to continuous improvements
What you bring
- Strong bilingual communication in both English & French and listening skills
- Calm, empathetic approach to helping people
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, contact centre or related experience is an asset

Looking for a schedule that works differently?
Along with our regular daytime and evening opportunities, we're hiring a limited number of people for our dedicated overnight team .
Overnight opportunities offer:
- Consistent 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift with two set days off
- Higher overnight compensation
- Dedicated remote work opportunity, with occasional on-site training as required
- Set schedules with no shift bidding
- Opportunities to learn additional programs and expand your skills
