Then keep reading!In this role, you will support the Finance Manager and two colleagues. You will be responsible for processing the daily financial administration for both internal and external activities.

In deze rol ondersteun je de Finance Manager en twee collega’s. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van de dagelijkse financiële administratie voor zowel interne als externe werkzaamheden.
Job Responsibilities Include | Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Receivable administration
Debiteurenadministratie
Maintaining customer-oriented contact with creditors
Onderhouden van klantgericht contact met debiteuren
Preparing- and process bank payments
Voorbereiden- en verwerken van bankbetalingen
Processing Receivable payable
Verwerken van inkomende facturen (accounts receivable)
Providing administrative support for internal and external purposes
Ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden voor interne en externe doeleinden
Additional tasks such as VAT returns and CBS reports
Bijkomende taken zoals btw-aangiftes en CBS-rapportages
Contributing ideas to improve processes
Meedenken over procesverbeteringen
Required Education and Experience | Opleiding en ervaring
MBO+ level of education and thinking
MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
You are accurate and have strong numerical insight
Je bent accuraat en hebt sterk cijfermatig inzicht
5 to 10 years of work experience in the financial sector
5 tot 10 jaar werkervaring in de financiële sector
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
You are collegial and service-oriented
Je bent collegiaal en servicegericht
Experience with Word and Excel
Ervaring met Word en Excel
Experience with SAP (nice to have)
Ervaring met SAP (prettig)
