International Tax Manager at RSM

Elevate your tax career with RSM as an International Tax Manager, where you'll provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning. This role combines leadership with comprehensive client service in a dynamic environment. As an International Tax Manager, you will mentor and coach team members while addressing complex international tax issues. You’ll advise clients on compliance, mergers, and transfer pricing, ensuring that all tax responsibilities are expertly managed. Your role will involve both client interaction and project management to meet diverse client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on International Tax planning and compliance
- Mentor employees, providing feedback and guidance
- Manage tax returns and ensure compliance
- Assist in new business development initiatives
- Stay updated on tax laws and practices
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Five years of relevant tax experience required
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management
- Availability for core business hours and client meetings
