This role requires a seasoned consultant with over eight years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise HR/payroll implementations. You will work extensively with payroll schemas, time management functionality, and SAP Migration tools. Understanding Canadian payroll legislation is essential for compliance.
Key Responsibilities Design and manage Employee Central data models
Develop and optimize payroll schemas and wage types
Implement effective time management and tracking solutions
Oversee data migration and cleansing processes
Act as a liaison between integrators and business leaders
Requirements Minimum 8 years in SAP SuccessFactors
Robust knowledge of Canadian payroll and union environments
Experience with HR/payroll data migration concepts
Proficiency in SAP Migration Center and ETL tools
Familiarity with EC-ECP processes
Utilize your skills in SAP to help reshape HR operations across organizations.
