Senior Legal Counsel Aviation Industry

Join Bombardier as a Senior Legal Counsel, specializing in aviation aftermarket services. In this critical position, you will report to the Director of Legal Services while leading substantial aviation projects including M&A, leases, and service agreements. You are expected to manage claims and provide risk management training, ensuring compliance with contracts and driving effective communication among stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the company's legal strategies in complex matters. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review aviation agreements and contracts
Manage legal risks in collaboration with multiple business units
Address compliance concerns and provide contract interpretations
Serve as a resource for legal inquiries and issues
Facilitate strategic legal training and coaching sessions

Requirements:

Member of the Ontario or Québec Bar
Minimum 8 years in commercial law with major firms
Strong leadership and business acumen
Bilingual in French and English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
