- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Registration with PEGNL or Engineers Nova Scotia
- Over 10 years of experience in municipal projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, WaterCAD, and similar software
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
