Experienced Branch Manager for Growth

Take on a key leadership role as an Experienced Branch Manager in an expanding market. Focus on sales operations and strategic growth while managing a branch with up to $15M in revenue. This role requires overseeing all aspects of branch profitability while leading your team to achieve operational excellence. You will develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, drive compliance, and safeguard company assets. Training and developing staff will also play an essential role in your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute branch sales and operational strategies effectively
- Safeguard company assets while staffing appropriately
- Initiate customer relationships to enhance satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership for problem resolution
- Strive to achieve EBIT and ROS goals consistently
- BS/BA or higher in a relevant discipline
- 7+ years of managerial experience in a related field
- Proficient in financial oversight and strategy
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in effective team leadership
