Your new role  

As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting their continued growth by preparing accurate and competitive electrical estimates. This is a remote position, working closely with project managers, suppliers, and senior leadership to price projects from tender stage through award, ensuring scope clarity, cost accuracy, and timely submissions.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Experience in the electrical construction industry
• Proven background in electrical estimating (commercial / industrial preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and systems
• Experience with estimating software such as Accubid (or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the wider team

• Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Complete detailed material and labour take‑offs
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid submissions
• Manage RFIs, RFQs, addenda, and tender documentation
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Support value‑engineering and cost‑saving initiatives
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing

• Salary range: $100,000 – $110,000, depending on experience. Total Salary up to $150,000 with OTE (On Target Earnings)
