With that goal in mind, it all starts with you!Your typical workday will be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential, which also means ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.RoleAccount Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They do this by generating sales leads and matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people.Account Representatives consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members too! They are strong relationship builders and maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals. They are available to answer member questions regarding their membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.Hourly wage range: $18.25 - $22.30/hour + performance based commission eligibility. The posting is for an existing, currently open position. The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.Qualifications Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing and administration are a strongly preferred. 1 + years related sales and customer service are required. Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
