Consulting Manager with MNP

Drive innovation in agriculture consulting as a Manager at MNP, located in Winnipeg. This on-site position requires strategic leaders to deliver value to clients in the farming sector.
In this role, you will manage the delivery of consulting services, focusing on feasibility studies, operational planning, and client engagement. Your leadership will guide a diverse team while fostering enduring client relationships. With MNP, you will help agricultural clients adapt and thrive in a changing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage consulting engagements and client needs
• Conduct business planning, analyses, and program redesigns
• Develop and communicate deliverables effectively
• Identify innovative client solutions and added value
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's in business or a related field
• 5 years of experience in consulting
• Experience in agri-business preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel when required
