Human Resources Advisor at Intelcom

Join Intelcom | Dragonfly as a Human Resources Advisor to shape our workforce management strategies in a dynamic role that supports employee relations and HR initiatives. Drive accuracy and compliance within our HR practices daily. As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll manage crucial HR activities including onboarding, personnel files, and conflict resolution. You’ll also aid in the development of HR policies while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, especially Québec’s Law 25. Your expertise will help foster a respectful and collaborative workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding
- Ensure data integrity in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Support managers in performance management and HR policy application
- Handle workplace injury and workers’ compensation claims
- Conduct research and prepare HR metrics reports
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Bilingual in French and English communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
