We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Helpers to join our manufacturing team serving the residential and commercial HVAC industry. If you're looking to start a career in manufacturing and enjoy working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow with a stable company.
No experience is required - we will provide full/on-the-job training.
-Assist in the manufacturing of sheet metal products for the residential and commercial HVAC industry.
-Support production and fabrication processes.
-Operate tools and equipment safely following training.
-Read and follow production specifications and instructions.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. What We're Looking For
-Reliable and able to attend work consistently.
-Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
-Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
-Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools accurately (e.g., tape measures, rulers, and gauges). Education
-Grade 10 or equivalent. Compensation
-Starting wage 17.50 per hour.
-Wage increase following a successful 90-day evaluation period.
