Kitchen Helper / Food Preparation Team Member
Permanent Full-Time (3040 Hours/Week) Job Duties-Prepare food ingredients.
-Assist with cooking and food preparation.
-Assemble and package customer orders.
-Follow recipes and portion standards.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely.
-Monitor food quality and temperatures.
-Label, rotate, and store food (FIFO).
-Receive and restock supplies.
-Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment.
-Complete opening and closing duties.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Support the team during busy periods. Qualifications
-Food Safety Certificate required.
-Kitchen experience preferred.
-Japanese restaurant experience is an asset.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Team player with a positive attitude.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Training provided. Requirements
-Permanent full-time (3040 hours/week).
-Open availability is required.
-Applicants must be available to work scheduled shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
-Reliable attendance and punctuality.
-Able to commit to a consistent work schedule.
-Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Long-term employment is preferred.
