Key Responsibilities: - Develop audience-centered omnichannel strategies for diverse healthcare stakeholders - Translate brand strategies into engaging customer journeys and activation roadmaps - Define interactions using content, media, and CRM effectively - Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions - Present solutions to senior clients and lead strategic discussions
Requirements: - 10+ years in engagement or omnichannel strategy - Proven pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience - Strong skills in client leadership and strategic storytelling - Deep understanding of patient and HCP journeys - Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations
