• Perform payroll-to-General Ledger reconciliations for accurate financial reporting
• Analyze accounting issues and recommend effective resolutions
• Prepare bank and funding reconciliations to clear discrepancies
• Support audits by providing timely financial information
• Maintain documentation for consistent service delivery

• 1-3 years of payroll accounting experience in Canada and the U.S.
• Proficiency in Workday or similar payroll systems
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
