What You'll Own As An Account Manager

• Lead client relationships with confidence by serving as the primary point of contact across a portfolio of accounts, building trusted partnerships, anticipating client needs, and identifying opportunities to grow both relationships and business.
• Own integrated campaigns from strategy to execution by leading PR, influencer marketing, events, and brand storytelling initiatives while ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations.
• Turn strategy into measurable results by developing creative campaign concepts, overseeing execution, analyzing performance, and presenting actionable insights that demonstrate impact and inform future communications strategies.
• Drive operational excellence by managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration while proactively identifying risks, improving processes, and ensuring seamless delivery across every account.
• Lead and inspire your team by mentoring Account Coordinators and Account Executives, providing thoughtful feedback, creating opportunities for growth, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Champion innovation and continuous growth by staying ahead of industry trends, bringing forward new ideas for clients and internal processes, and continuously evolving your expertise to help shape the future of modern communications

• Agency Experience: You bring 3+ years of public relations account management experience in an agency environment, leading integrated campaigns and managing client relationships from strategy through execution.
• Industry Expertise: You’ve worked with lifestyle brands across industries such as beauty, fashion, travel, food & beverage, design, or consumer brands, and understand what drives earned media and compelling brand storytelling.
• Media Relationships: You have an established network of journalists, media contacts, influencers, and industry partners, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships and secure meaningful media coverage.
• Strategic Mindset: You’re confident managing multiple accounts, balancing priorities, budgets, and timelines, while delivering exceptional client service and thinking beyond the brief.
• Leadership Style: You’re collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented. You enjoy mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge, and helping the team succeed together.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is required. Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is an asset, but we’re equally excited by candidates with relevant experience and a passion for the industry
