Francophone Partnerships Lead at Prosper Canada

Prosper Canada seeks a Senior Officer for Francophone Partnerships to drive community relationships and enhance financial empowerment. This bilingual position combines relationship management with impactful outreach. As part of the Community Partnerships and Impact Team, you'll engage with Francophone community organizations, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support for effective program delivery. Your role will be vital in fostering trust-based relationships and addressing challenges faced by partners, ultimately promoting financial well-being for low-income Canadians. Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with Francophone community organizations
Address partner inquiries and provide tailored support
Organize onboarding and engagement activities
Facilitate feedback sessions and community discussions
Collaborate with internal teams across projects

Requirements:

2+ years working with Francophone organizations
Experience managing partner relationships
Strong bilingual communication skills
Familiarity with community service delivery
Experience in financial empowerment initiatives
