About The Role

We're looking for a Go-to-Market Automations Specialist to help keep our GTM engine running smoothly, supporting the tools, workflows, and data that power a complex B2B2C customer lifecycle - from initial partner onboarding through end-user engagement and retention. You'll work closely with our Senior GTM Automation Specialist, helping execute complex projects and automations rather than owning the strategy yourself. This is a great fit if you're early in your Revenue Operations or Go-to-Market Automation career and want to learn how to support a journey that involves both business partners and individual consumers. You'll build skills in automation, data hygiene, and user adoption experimentation, all while contributing to work that has a direct impact on driving client growth.

Your Impact

• Support the build and upkeep of workflows across our GTM tools that drive both partner acquisition and end-user engagement
• Help integrate tools with our CRM and outside data sources so partner, client, and consumer information stays clean and usable across the entire B2B2C lifecycle
• Maintain and troubleshoot pipelines that support onboarding and consumer adoption, flagging gaps in data quality along the way
• Assist with setting up multi-channel programs (email, LinkedIn, in-app, etc.) that support partner outreach and direct-to-consumer lifecycle touchpoints
• Partner with Sales, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, Client Success, and Marketing to support cross-functional projects with our Senior GTM Automation Specialist
• Maintain a dotted-line relationship with our Senior GTM Automation Specialist, supporting delegated initiatives from larger projects and ongoing live experiments in alignment with the Revenue Operations roadmap
• Support experimentation efforts by helping set up and track tests across messaging and targeting for both business partners and end consumers
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, partner health, client performance, and consumer adoption across the full journey
• Keep documentation current so our tools, workflows, and best practices are easy for the team to follow

You Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in Go-to-Market Automation, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations, ideally in a B2B2C or SaaS environment
• Familiarity with HubSpot, including basic workflows, automation, and reporting
• A solid grasp of what makes data clean and useful, and why consumer lifecycle segmentation matters for partner success
• Comfort building dashboards and helping track user adoption and experiment results
• Exposure to GTM or lifecycle tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or consumer engagement platforms
• Demonstrated foundational project management skills, with experience coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholders across projects
• Curiosity about applying AI tools to everyday tasks like research, personalization, and enrichment
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working multiple teams and stakeholders
