Account Manager at Absorb Software

In this pivotal role, you will manage a book of business, focusing on upselling and deepening client relationships. Increase net dollar retention through upselling and relationship management
Lead contract renewals to boost Annual Recurring Revenue
Identify and close new opportunities in assigned accounts
Create proposals and client documents to drive sales
Build trusted relationships with key client contacts

Requirements:

Post-secondary degree in business or related field
1-2 years' experience in client relationship management
Proficient in time management and organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, sales-driven attitude with team spirit
