Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Journeyperson) Taber, AB · Full-Time · On-Site
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay: $40-$46 in shop (based on experience) Schedule:- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Saturdays rarely
- Rotating on-call schedule every 7-8 weeks

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks of all makes and models
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Journey-person Inter-provincial Heavy Equipment Technician preferred
- Journey-person Trailer Technicians and Journeyman Automotive Technicians will also be considered
- Class 3 License with Q endorsement
- Commercial Vehicle Inspections License
- Experience diagnosing and repairing International trucks
- Motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Minimum 4 years of heavy-duty mechanical experience
- Ability to relocate or reliably commute to Taber, AB
