Influencer/Partnership Manager (French)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer/Partnership Manager (French) based in Canada. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead influencer and partnership growth across the French-speaking Canadian market. You will identify and develop relationships with creators, streamers, influencers, and community partners to drive customer acquisition. The position combines business development, negotiation, campaign management, and performance optimization. You will have significant autonomy to build a strong local influencer network and shape partnership strategies around market opportunities. Success will be measured through commercial and acquisition KPIs, with a strong focus on campaign performance and long-term partner value. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and affiliate teams while staying informed about local trends and competitive activity. The role offers a flexible, performance-driven environment with substantial earning potential linked to partnership results. Accountabilities: - Identify, approach, recruit, and develop relationships with local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners across Instagram and relevant channels. - Build and continuously maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and potential partners within the assigned Canadian market. - Negotiate and structure partnership agreements using CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee commercial models. - Onboard new partners by providing tracking links, promotional codes, landing pages, creative assets, and other campaign resources. - Manage day-to-day influencer relationships and oversee the execution of partnership campaigns from launch through ongoing optimization. - Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTDs), deposits, CPA, ROI, Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), and player quality.

- Optimize existing partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and reactivate influencers whose performance has declined. - Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to improve campaign strategy, creative effectiveness, and acquisition performance. - Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and emerging influencer trends to identify new partnership opportunities. - Prepare regular performance reports covering campaign results, partnership development, market trends, and future opportunities. - Ensure influencer campaigns and promotional activities comply with applicable local advertising regulations and internal compliance requirements. Requirements: - Professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management, KOL Management, or a closely related field. - Strong knowledge of the Canadian French-speaking market and its influencer, creator, and digital media landscape. - Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and partner-management skills. - Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and performance metrics. - Fluency in French and good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local partners and international teams. - Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto casino, affiliate marketing, or a comparable performance-driven industry. - Practical experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and/or fixed-fee partnership models. - Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promotional codes, landing pages, campaign attribution, and landing-page optimization. - Experience launching and managing campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets is highly valued. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into practical optimization decisions.
