Live in or Live Out Caregiver for newly blind man in his 80's

I am looking for assistance for my parents in their 80's. Dad is newly completely blind and Mom is unable to keep up with his daily needs. He needs guidance getting out of bed and for personal grooming. Preparing meals and helping him to eat and take his medications. He currently has a catheter and needs the overnight bag changed to a leg bag each morning and night. My mom can do all of these things, but it is too much of a strain for her to do all the time. Days and hours are flexible...we are just looking for some relief. Live in or out is fine, but would need am and pm coverage. Dad does not have dementia, but his autoimmune disease and treatment is currently making him a bit confused. (Full-Time, Live-In) For morning, evening (on weekend)
