Strategic Finance Director Multi Company
Roma Moulding Inc.
Lead strategic finance at Roma Moulding by connecting financial data, forecasting, and operational decisions across multiple companies.As Director of Finance, you will partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on decisions shaping Roma’s future. You will oversee financial operations across Canada and the United States, combining executive leadership with hands-on operational excellence. Your work spans planning, reporting, cash management, compliance, systems, and team development.Key Responsibilities:
Develop Roma’s long-term financial strategy aligned with company objectivesLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planningDeliver consolidated reporting and executive financial recommendationsMonitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and performanceBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance teamRequirements:
Strategic leadership connecting finance with business growthAnalytical ability using data, forecasting, and financial modelingExperience managing multiple companies or legal entitiesKnowledge of Canadian and U.S. reporting and tax complianceCollaborative, accountable, and calm approach under pressureBring strategic financial leadership, business analysis, and team development to Roma Moulding’s growing multi-company organization.
