Shape financial decisions for Enersul L.P. in Calgary, using analysis, forecasting, and operational insight from an in office position.As Director of Finance, you will provide strategic leadership supporting profitable, sustainable company growth. You will partner with business leaders to manage risk, improve profitability, and identify opportunities through financial and operational insights. The position leads four accounting direct reports and works closely with Enersul’s Management Team.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders on strategy, risk, profitability, and growthLead scheduled budget and forecast preparation and reportingDisseminate financial information for business planning and decisionsAssess capital investment payback and IRR through accountingDevelop employees and support innovation and performanceRequirements:
Finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control knowledgeCPA designation required for the Director of Finance roleExperience streamlining automated financial reporting systemsProven leadership experience with an operational business mindsetExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBring strategic analysis, leadership, and forecasting expertise to Enersul’s Calgary finance team and responsible business growth.
