Assistant Superintendent for Civil Projects

Become an Assistant Superintendent with Green Infrastructure Partners in the Greater Toronto Area. Lead heavy civil MTO projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance. This role supports the Superintendent by managing day-to-day operations and long-term project planning. You will ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications while planning schedules and resources effectively. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, a safety-first mindset, and a knack for communicating with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in on-site work management and compliance
- Plan schedules and determine resource requirements
- Maintain safety policies and project standards
- Advise on potential project issues and resolve conflicts
- Monitor cost reports and project performance
- 4+ years in construction projects in Ontario
- Proven experience with MTO and municipal projects
- EIT or CET designation preferred
- Strong financial acumen and safety leadership
- Effective communicator with diverse teams
