Huawei Canada has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Real Estate Project Manager.

From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. About the job:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of real estate projects from lease involvement, preparation, design, establishment, implementation, completion, acceptance and etc.. 

• Set up a project delivery team to ensure that resources are in place and released in a timely manner.

• Comply with customer requirements, manage supplier resources, control the project plan progress and project budget, and ensure that the project is delivered in a timely manner and meets quality standards.

• Control project risks and escalate major issues to the sponsor and management for help.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction during project delivery.

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

Job requirements

About the ideal candidate:

• Have more than three years' experience in program management and delivery. Have served as a large-scale engineering project manager and completed project delivery from project preparation to project completion as the primary owner.

• Good team work spirit and interpersonal communication skills. Strong goal orientation, adaptability and stress resistance of working culture.

• Familiar with the business operation mode and engineering construction specifications of civil work, electromechanical, and decoration projects, and have basic knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and commerce.

• Have been PM certificated and use PM tools like Gantt Chart, WBS and so on.
