Manager of ERP User Training

Shape comprehensive ERP training programs at IPEX, enhancing user engagement and adoption. This role focuses on strategic leadership within the SAP transformation journey.
In the position of ERP Training Manager, you will spearhead the training function in the ERP Transformation Office. Your responsibilities include collaborating with IT and business teams to develop end-to-end training strategies, ensuring all users are equipped for successful ERP integration. Leading a talented training team, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map out training needs for various user roles
• Design and implement blended learning approaches
• Validate and localize training content for diverse audiences
• Manage training materials and ensure easy accessibility
• Assess training outcomes and refine learning techniques
Requirements:
• Degree in Education, Learning & Development
• Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience
• At least 2 years managing teams
• Proven expertise in SAP Enable Now
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities
