Dans ce rôle essentiel, vous serez sous la supervision du gestionnaire des opérations, garantissant la planification, l'implémentation et la gestion des projets CRM. Votre collaboration avec les équipes de vente, de formation et de technologie sera cruciale pour définir les besoins et assurer la satisfaction des clients tout en respectant les délais impartis. Key Responsibilities:

Développer des plans de projet détaillés alignés sur les besoins des clients
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour coordonner les tâches
Identifier et atténuer les risques liés aux projets
Conduire des activités d’assurance qualité et effectuer des tests
Fournir un soutien post-implémentation aux équipes et aux clients

Requirements:

Expérience dans le secteur automobile et gestion de projets
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais exigée
Connaissances des logiciels de soutien à la clientèle
Excellentes capacités en communication et en résolution de problèmes
Souci de la qualité et orientation client à tous les niveaux
