Job Responsibility:
Arianna is the newest gem at The Harbour 60, bringing a fresh and exciting take on classic Italian cuisine. We're all about creativity, high energy, and incredible food made from scratch. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, and we're looking for someone who's ready to dive in and help us set the bar for exceptional dining.
The Role: We're looking for a skilled Pasta Cook with at least 2 years of experience in an Italian kitchen (or working specifically with pasta) to join our hot line. If you're passionate about making fresh pasta, love experimenting with new flavors, and can handle the hustle of a busy kitchen, this is the place for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create mouthwatering pasta dishes from scratchfresh, authentic, and full of flavor.
- Keep the kitchen flowing smoothly by prepping and cooking dishes to perfection.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to stay on top of service and keep the energy high.
- Stay organized, keep your station clean, and follow all food safety guidelines.
- Help us keep the kitchen vibe fun, creative, and fast-paced!
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Italian kitchen or cooking pasta (we want someone who knows their way around a hot line).
- A passion for Italian food and a true love for pasta.
- Ability to think on your feet and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who's got a positive attitude and brings energy to the kitchen.
- Creative flair and a desire to push the boundaries of traditional Italian dishes.
