Drive innovation in Sustainable Investing at HOOPP as a Principal, enhancing portfolio resilience with your expertise on climate impacts and sustainable analysis.
In this strategic role reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the charge in implementing the Sustainable Investing strategy integral to HOOPP’s 2030 Plan. Your 7-10 years of experience will be vital as you conduct climate stress testing, analyze risk drivers, and collaborate on compelling sustainability research. Your work will reinforce our commitment to the healthcare sector in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret impacts of sustainability on portfolios
• Design and execute climate risk assessments
• Integrate large datasets for thorough analysis
• Work with partners on sustainability initiatives
• Author reports on sustainability factors affecting portfolios
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in climate pathway analysis
• Ability to interpret complex datasets
• Familiarity with statistical tools for modeling
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Strong communication ability for stakeholder engagement
