University Engineer for Heating and Cooling Systems

Collaborate with the team to respond quickly to emergencies, and ensure all equipment is secure and operational. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems
- Conduct water testing and balance system chemicals
- Maintain emergency equipment and systems
- Repair and service air conditioning and related systems
- Respond to emergencies effectively and ensure evacuations
- Completed high school education or equivalent
- At least five years of relevant engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems
- Hold a valid 4th class Power Engineer’s Certificate
- Capacity to lift at least 50 pounds safely
