Job Responsibility:
: We don't care about degrees. We want brains, hustle, and someone who can actually run a business.
THE DEAL:
- LEARN: Start at $50-60k + bonus. We teach you lending & leadership. No fluff.
- BRANCH BOSS: Crush training (6-9 months), run a flagship branch. $55-65k + bonus. Own it.
- LEVEL UP: Hit targets? Next: District Manager ($70-80k, typically in 9-18 months for top performers). Then: Senior District Manager ($90-110k+). Zero politics. Founder access.
YOU ARE:
- An absolute animal when it comes to work ethic.
- A problem-solver, not a bystander.
- Hungry to prove yourself and grow. (Some lead experience? Cool. None but you're a killer? We'll see.)
