- Own and deliver on quarterly team goals
- Collaborate with product and analytics on ideation

- Support operational stability of team artifacts
- Promote best practices in code review processes
- 4+ years of backend system experience
- Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
- Experience with deployment and CI/CD improvements
- Ability to define and document platform interfaces
- Excellent communication for teamwork across regions
