En intégrant de meilleures pratiques, vous garantirez une adoption réussie des technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Agir en tant que conseiller stratégique pour les leaders des RH
- Gérer des projets de bout en bout dans divers environnements
- Promouvoir des pratiques d'intégration efficaces
- Animer des ateliers pour définir des solutions adaptées
- Coacher les équipes pour maximiser les synergies
- 8 ans d'expérience prouvée en SAP SuccessFactors
- Diplôme en administration, RH ou domaine pertinent
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projet
- Bilinguisme français-anglais essentiel
- Capacité à diriger des équipes dans des environnements complexes
