Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivating leader to head their service department. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will be responsible for the complete management of operations, personnel, financial performance, and customer experience—while ensuring growth, profitability, and service excellence. Team: 4 people under direct supervision (total of 20 employees). Your Main Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the shop and ensure efficient task allocation among technicians. Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturer requirements, and productivity targets. Participate in the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation of team members. Manage schedules, employee relations, and intervene in disciplinary situations as needed. Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, and analyze results to achieve objectives. financial.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle more complex situations or significant complaints.
• Oversee the main administrative tasks of the workshop, including work orders, parts returns, payroll, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Desired Profile

• Significant experience in an automotive dealership.
• Experience in personnel management and financial management of a service department.
• Training in administration, management, or automotive dealership management (an asset).

Conditions Offered

• 3-month structured training program.
• $35/hour during training, $36.50/hour after training.
• 1% bonus on monthly customer labor revenue after 6 months, based on performance.
• 3 weeks of annual vacation, 4 weeks after 5 years of service.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
