Job Responsibility:
Join our team at Magsen Realty, a boutique real estate company established in 1992, specializing in real estate sales and property management services across Greater Vancouver. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Broker to join our dynamic team, to facilitate property transactions and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.
As a Managing Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our brokerage, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing leadership and support to our team of real estate agents. Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising and mentoring real estate agents
- Ensuring compliance with provincial real estate regulations
- Managing brokerage operations and administrative tasks
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback
- Staying updated on market trends and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Valid Managing Broker license in British Columbia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
