Customer-Facing Technical Services Manager

Axon

Transform technology deployment as a Customer-Facing Technical Services Manager at Axon in Canada, involving 80% travel. Ensure client satisfaction through expert solutions and effective installations. As a Customer-Facing Technical Services Manager with Axon, you will manage the deployment and support of innovative Fleet systems, acting as a bridge between technology and customer needs. Your role demands strong technical understanding, especially with networking, third-party management, and customer engagement. You'll lead teams to provide exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

Direct Fleet installations while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain communication with clients and team members
Deploy and troubleshoot hardware/software solutions
Create comprehensive documentation for installations
Conduct training for users on Axon's technology

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of IP networking and related technologies
Proven leadership in customer service and installations
Experience in law enforcement settings preferred
5+ years in a technical managerial capacity
Must reside near a major airport for travel
