IQVIA seeks a Senior Consultant to lead complex commercial projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clients. The role involves managing consulting teams, delivering analytical solutions, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting teams in designing, developing, and delivering commercial projects using strategic thinking and analytics
- Provide strategic direction and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams; mentor 3–4 junior employees
- Analyze client needs and develop cost-effective solution proposals ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and develop tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and complementary engagements with existing clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 5–8 years of relevant consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience
- 2–3 years managing projects, conducting strategic analysis, and working with large datasets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentations and business writing
- Demonstrated ability to convert secondary data and analytics into strategic recommendations
- Experience building advisory relationships with senior pharmaceutical or healthcare executives
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of current pharmaceutical and healthcare sector trends and issues
