You will engage with teacher candidates across various teaching modes, adhering to Ontario College of Teachers' standards, while promoting equity within educational settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging course materials and assessments
- Facilitate online classes and manage course delivery
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Mentor teacher candidates in pedagogical practices
- Attend team meetings and manage course records
- Minimum of 5 years recent teaching experience
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated competence in online teaching methodologies
- Knowledge of educational technologies and theory
- Familiarity with the Ontario curriculum
