Key Responsibilities:
• Own full P&L responsibilities for branch(es)
• Oversee the achievement of sales and performance goals
• Implement effective value-based sales processes
• Coach sales teams in live selling environments
• Foster strong customer relationships through regular engagement
Requirements:
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in leadership
• Proven ability to manage full P&L
• Strong skills in Salesforce CRM
• Capacity to lead and develop effective sales staff
• Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities
Lead growth initiatives and customer retention effectively in your role at Konica Minolta.
