Assistant Marketing Manager - Sunchips, Smartfood, & PopCorners

We are hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to play a critical role in growing our Positive Choices Portfolio. An exciting opportunity to work on some beloved Canadian Better-For-You brands, including Sunchips, Smartfood, & PopCorners.  The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams and creative agencies to execute all innovation launches and commercial projects, in-store activations and packaging development while executing a portion of the brand media campaigns to deliver business results. This position reports directly to Marketing Manager, Positive Choices.

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing the robust innovation pipeline and lead marketing commercialization of new product launches, including packaging development for our Positive Choices Brands, such as: Sunchips, Smartfood, PopCorners.
• Lead In-store programs from brief to execution working closely with agency partners.
• Partner and influence internal and external stakeholders (Leadership, Insights, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, etc.) to bring strong consumer plans to life
• Harness strong analytics through scorecarding, program post-gaming and Advertising & Marketing brand budget management leadership.
• Support Marketing Manager in all key planning cycle deliverables (Annual Brand Planning, Annual Business Review, Periodical Business Review)
• Support Marketing Manager to deliver best in class and timely marketing & PR campaigns

• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
• 1+ year of relevant marketing experience is an asset
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree
