Lead AI-powered product strategy in Toronto’s hybrid consumer technology environment, combining product leadership with analytics and experimentation expertise.As Head of Product, you will own strategy, roadmap, and execution across consumer platforms and client-facing legal services products. Working directly with the CEO, you will drive innovation, improve consumer experiences, and scale digital products. The role requires product leadership, AI and LLM experience, analytics, and strong execution.Key Responsibilities:
Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end executionTransform existing platforms into AI-native productsImprove engagement, retention, and customer experienceUse analytics and experimentation to guide decisionsPartner with Engineering on improvements and workflow automationRequirements:
Three to nine years of product management experienceExperience including product leadership responsibilitiesConsumer technology or B2B SaaS product experienceExperience with AI, LLMs, analytics, and A/B testingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsShape AI-native consumer platforms through product strategy, experimentation, execution, and cross-functional leadership in Toronto.
